30th Birthday!

My husband gave me the most AMAZING birthday ever! We took a whirlwind 24 hr. trip to New York City to see a show on Broadway. (Something that was on my "bucket list.":)

Walking through Times Square! You just can't believe how many people are in one place. It's unreal!

We got to see so many famous streets and landmarks. This was in front of the tower where the ball drops on New Year's Eve. You could still see the ball and the "2009" sign.

Dinner at an Italian restaurant named Beco.

So many theaters, so many great shows playing!

Right outside Gershwin theater. For those of you unfamiliar with Wicked, it's a very clean show! No language, sensuality, etc. It's actually about the 2 witches of the Wizard of Oz; a prequel of sorts. The music was absolutely breathtaking. Those ladies could SING! What a fun career. (Something I would LOVE to do, but only in my dreams!)

We were SO excited to see Elaina again!! She did super for Molly (eating and sleeping well, which were specific prayers answered) who took excellent care of her, along with her own 2 little ones!

Scott had invited a few girlfriends over for some delicious Maxi B's cake Saturday night. (Strawberry buttercream. If you've never had it, you are missing OUT! Notice Beth's 9 month pregnant belly. Baby Jacob will be arriving anytime now!) These gals are some of my closest and dearest friends. I am so blessed and so loved!
